Ride in Peace

In March, we gathered to celebrate the life of our beloved CEO, Damon Sullivan, who passed away unexpectedly in late January.

Hundreds of friends, family, colleagues, and clients came together to honor him, sharing stories that captured his kindness, loyalty, and generous spirit.

One thing was clear — Damon wasn’t just a colleague or friend; he was family to so many. He had a rare gift for showing up, helping out, and giving without expectation.

Though his passing leaves a deep void, the love and gratitude felt in the room was a powerful reminder of the impact he made on all of us. We’ll miss his humor, his heart, and his unwavering friendship — but his legacy will live on in the people he touched and the work he inspired.

Rest easy, Damon. Ride in peace. You’ll always be part of us.
